SISTERS WITH TRANSISTORS, the untold story of electronic music’s female pioneers, remarkable composers who embraced machines and their liberating technologies to utterly transform how we produce and listen to music today. Directed by Lisa Rovner and narrated by Laurie Anderson, this is a really brilliant and crucial documentary - don't miss it! The screening will be followed by a short Q&A with Caro C, a music historian and one of the documentary’s researchers. Caro focuses on Delia Derbyshire Day, the electronic music pioneer best known for creating the Dr Who theme at the BBC Radiophonic Workshop.
