Welcome to Sisters Rising: Reclaiming Sovereignty. Join us at Rooted Heart Yoga and Wellness for a powerful evening celebrating the beauty and resilience of womanhood. This gathering is a space for us to come together and find community, connection & intention through wholistic and love-rooted practices. We will experience meditation, journaling, an intro to Human Design, altar building & candle burning ritual, movement and a sound bath, followed by a closing circle for reflection & sharing. In our communion, we will remember the power of togetherness and reclaim our sovereignty & freedom.
