Sisters of The City Walk / Movement - with Natasha

THIS WILL BE OUR LAST WALK OF 2024!!!!!

If you've previously met up with us for a walk/movement and chat we look forward to seeing you again! If you've not yet been able to... see you there!

The Sisters of the City walks are always pushchair friendly trails, and welcoming to those with and without children . They are for melanated females only to protect our safe space of connection. There is no pressure to engage in conversation on the day, if you want an excuse to get outdoors in nature with good company here's your invite.

Feedback tells us that there's been some genuine conversations with like minds on our walks though, and you might find youself networking away (or not, by choice).

These walks are about discovering local beauty in our parks and maybe exploring them from different angles you have not before.

Our walk leader on the day Natasha is a sistren with a passion for health and wellbeing, family woman and current student of health and social care. Natasha makes it her priority to consider and engage from a African Centred approach FIRST.

There's good walking paths for all abilities, childrens bikes and scooters.

Meeting spot is 11 at the car park.
