Join Us for Sisters in Service: Honoring OUR Elected Leaders The Washington County NAACP and Impact Ministries- invite you to a special celebration honoring the remarkable achievements of three inspiring black women who have recently been elected to the Hagerstown City Council: Caroline Anderson, Erika Bell, and Tiara Burnett.
We will also express our gratitude to Tekesha Martinez, the first black mayor of Hagerstown, for her dedicated service and trailblazing leadership.
This event is not just a celebration but a powerful opportunity to show our support for black women in elected positions and to recognize the progress we are making in our community.
