Welcome to Sisters in Harmony, Marin Singing Circle For Women! Join us for a soulful gathering of women coming together to sing, harmonize, and connect in a supportive and uplifting environment. Our event will take place in person at Terra Linda, where we will celebrate the power of music and sisterhood. All women are welcome to join us for an evening of music and community. Come share your voice and be part of our singing circle - we can't wait to harmonize with you!

Barbara Juniper and Lilianna Parker will be sharing songs from around the world to help us celebrate this time of new growth and the promise of hope.

Activate and liberate your voice: We are all born singers. We only need to be willing to join in harmony to free the singer within. While singing in community, we are seeking the joy of raising our voices together. 

All levels of singing are welcome. The songs are taught by ear in easy to learn phrases. No vocal training is needed. No prior experience is needed. We bring joy together as our voices blend in sweet, uplifting melodies and rich harmonies. These vibrations will enrich our souls and brighten our spirits.

Please bring the following:

1. A small item to add to our altar
2. Water to stay hydrated
3. An open heart

Please note: Please arrive by 6:15 so that we can settle into the space together and start promptly at 6:30 pm. 

Our song carriers:

Barbara Juniper is a bay area songwriter, vocalist, musician, and sound healer. Grandmother, mother, sister, and daughter, she is a fourth-generation California native who has been singing since she was a toddler. She studied Sound, Voice, and Music Healing at the California Institute of Integral Studies and has a private Sound Healing practice in Marin County. Bringing together her love of music and harmony, her understanding of the healing power of sound, and her devotion to the awakened heart, Barbara delights in sharing her joy of singing with others.

Lilianna Parker Singing brings me joy, gentleness, and enthusiasm for life. I am a multi instrumentalist, song writer, song catcher, song carrier, and song leader. I also bring years of inspiring young musicians in schools into my singing circles. With a degree in Ethnomusicology and travels to South Africa, Ghana, and Bali to study music and the culture of music, I share a love of multicultural songs and music with the groups that I lead.
