Every other Thursday we gather in a heartfelt circle from 6:30-8:30pmA regular group sweat including 3 rounds of Sauna and cold plunge, with an opening and closing fireside circle.
Our experienced facilitators Kirsten Millard and Megan Olsen will guide you through a themed discussion designed to inspire growth and foster new friendships.
It's your space to talk, hear others, to share honestly and authentically about what's going on in your life, health, relationships, identity, sex, money, purpose, passion or any thing else that's alive for you.
As a team, we support and challenge each other to build confidence, self love and embrace all the beautiful nuances of the wild feminine nature.
This is an opportunity to connect, reflect, share, find your tribe of sisters, and grow together in a safe and welcoming environment.
These gatherings will have a focus around:

Each session includes, three rounds of sauna and cold therapy, both silent and guided, thought provoking fire side conversations. Includes complimentary tea and a good laugh, a cry, a dance, whatever comes up.
