Join Jane Donnelly & Michele Malbouef, we will gather together to share ourselves, to hear the stories of others, experience the medicine of connection with ourselves and each other. There is no outcome to achieve, no destination to strive for; simply the promise of a space for us to unfurl and be held in Circle. Breathing exercises and meditation, followed by time to share and listen.The Circle will gather in the Wildflower Yoga Classroom.
We will gather on the fourth Wednesday of every month.
