Nicole created I AM HER Collective after experiencing burnout, loss of identity, and craving deeper, more meaningful connection with women. Through workshops, retreats, coaching, and community experiences, she now creates spaces that help women reconnect to themselves through self-care, sisterhood, and sustainable personal growth. Her approach blends practical tools + emotional depth + real-life application
