Through guided grounding meditation, a water ritual, and sacred breathwork, you’ll leave feeling not only great but also free of stress, tension, and fears, ready to share your unique gifts and light with the world around you.

Asta uses trauma-informed Somatic Release Breathwork techniques to help you reconnect, remember, and reclaim your personal power using your own breath.

Asta is a Chicago-based women’s circle facilitator, trauma-informed somatic release breathwork practitioner, shamanic energy healer, and mystic mentor. She has been facilitating conscious events and coaching women since 2018. Her vision is to create safe spaces for women to reconnect, remember, and reclaim their unique gifts and personal power.

VENUE: ALTAR COMMUNITY is located at 2518 W Armitage Ave, near the Western stop on the Blue Line, however, the door is located on N Bingham St, just to the right of Integrative Pet Care.
PARKING: Plan to leave ample time for parking as it's a popular area. There is free parking on Armitage and alongside the building on N Bingham St. Please note that some side streets require a parking permit. Once you arrive ring the bell and someone will buzz you in.

Safety is of utmost importance for Somatic Release Breathwork. Due to the nature of this work, there are certain contraindications that will prevent you from attending. These are:

• Pregnancy
• High blood pressure
• Diagnosed severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
• Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (antidepressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
• Detached retina
• Recent physical injuries, fractures, and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy
• History or diagnosis of aneurysms
• Cardiovascular problems
• History of seizures
• Severe asthma
• Heart disease or heart conditions
• Diabetes
• Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
• Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
• Adverse reactions from recent C-vaccine

Participation in this session is an agreement to the following:
