Are you ready to embark on a healing journey in a safe, supportive space crafted specifically for women of color? Over eight sessions, we’ll reconnect with ourselves, release generational trauma, and create a foundation for healing—all from the comfort of your home.

What to Expect:

• Eight Bi-Weekly Virtual Sessions: No prior experience needed. Together, we’ll dive into somatic practices, parts work, ancestral healing, energy balancing, and more (session-by-session Agenda available).
• Optional Two-Day Somatic Camping Retreat (June): Culminate the journey in a state forest retreat featuring:
• • Guided nature walks
  • Yoga and breathwork sessions
  • Star-gazing, fire bonding, and sharing circles
  • Village cooking, communal meals, and sacred rituals
  • Meditation and unplugging for full reconnection to self
