Sister Support Meet Up - July 2026
About this Event
Welcome to the Sister Support Meetup — hosted by the No More Martyrs Sister Support Collective. 🖤
The No More Martyrs Sister Support Collective is a mental health online community created exclusively for Black women and girls, housed within the . Each month, we gather in a safe, affirming virtual space to connect, heal, and pour into one another — because community is medicine, and we deserve spaces that truly see us.
What to expect: Our monthly Sister Support Meetups are intimate, conversational, and community-led. Each session centers a theme that reflects the real experiences of Black women — from body image and self-love to burnout, boundaries, grief, joy, and everything in between. Come as you are. No preparation needed. Just show up.
In each session you will:
- Receive encouragement from women courageously sharing their stories
- Learn recovery strategies for living successfully with mental health concerns
- Get connected to valuable resources, tools, and information
- Build authentic sisterhood that extends beyond the screen
- Access mental health support rooted in cultural understanding
Who is this for? Any Black woman or girl who is ready to be in community, who is tired of carrying it alone, or who simply wants a consistent space to exhale. Whether you are new to mental health conversations or well on your journey — you belong here.
