Sister Circles: 8 stages of Feminine Presence

Being present and visible is a struggle a lot of women go through, nowadays.

Not only that, you might feel that:

• A personality within you that wants to be seen, heard and understood, but you don’t know how to make space for her. You are fearing her greatness. You are afraid to be her.
• You want to break out, do something completely different than you’ve always done.
• You are done with your old ways, habits and life, but you don’t know how to start anew. You have done the inner work. You want to stop working and smell the roses.
• You want to feel joy and immerse yourdelf in it, doing what makes you happy and what is contributing to society.
• You want to (re)connect to your true, pure femininity and embody her in daily life.

Who are you hiding?

Feminine Presence starts with the connection to our feminine source: the womb. Being present is about showing up, speaking up and being visible as the great and true woman you are from the connection to feminine source. Every feeling, thought and intuition comes from pure femininity. Every creation starts from pure, feminine essence.

Who are you in essence and what do you contribute as a woman to this Earth?

Foundation of the Sister Circles

In every Sister Circle, we connect to our wombs and let them infuse us with their wisdom and creation power. Our inner worlds become the pillars on which we build the outer world.

Every circle builds on the last one, creating stages in which we grow as individuals (Circles 1 to 4), community of women and the feminine collective (Circles 5 to 8):

1. As individual women, we claim the right to exist and take the space to be visible in who we are and what we contribute.
2. As a community, we support each other by giving space, understanding each other's essences and stimulating growth.
3. For the collective, we pave the way for the ones who are creating the new world for us, including ourselves.

These are the 8 stages and themes for each Sister Circle:

Focus on Inner World Experience - Individual

• Circle 1 September 28th 2025: Womb Connection for Safety and Grounding.
• Circle 2 October 5th 2025: Emotions, thoughts and Intuition: Honouring Your Inner World.
• Circle 3 October 12th 2025: Energy nutrition and Cycle syncing for Women.
• Circle 4 October 19th 2025: Womb Wisdom: Birth, Death and Rebirth as Feminine Balance.

Focus on Outer World Connections - Community/Collective

• Circle 5 October 26th 2025: Embodied Feminine: Aligning Mission, Passion and Skills
• Circle 6 November 2nd 2025: Personal Leadership from Sensitivity, Feminine Flow and Purpose.
• Circle 7 November 9th 2025: Owning the Space: Leading the Feminine outwards.
• Circle 8 November 16th: Collective Mission, Co-Creation and Collaboration of Feminine Visionaries.

Purposes of the Sister Circles

1. To empower you as a woman by honouring your wisdom and inner world.
2. To stimulate your sacred relationship with your womb.
3. To inspire you with intuitive tools, embodied practice and personal reflection.
4. To create a sacred space to be yourself and to grow as a woman.
5. To encourage visibility in women like you: to allow you to speak your truth, share your voices and claim your space.
6. To give women space to connect to their inner worlds, intuition and deeper truths.
7. To grow from inner world experience into creating from mission and vision.
8. To hold space for women similar to you claiming their right to exist within your presence.
9. To be present by being in your natural state of being.

Every Sister Circle contains the following structure:

1. Tune-in Meditation.
2. Introduction.
3. Warming-up: Dance, Movement or Meditation to relax body and mind.
4. Transformation: Meditation & Activation/Constellations/Creative Exercise/Partner Exercise/Journaling exercise/Drawing exercise, depending on the theme.
5. Ritual fitting the theme.
6. Integration Meditation.
7. Prayer for the Collective.

Feminine, Inner Worlds present Outside: When to join?

There is a sequence to these circles (from individual to outer world) that puts you in your feminine presence, but you can join at any time. Choose what your intuition guides you to do and what you need..

After joining one or all, you will experience:

• Being seen, heard and understood.
• A deep, personal and meaningful relationship with your womb.
• A true connection to your heart, intuition and inner guidance.
• Insights into your personal life and soul mission.
• A powerful self-confidence, knowing you are standing here, now.
• The inner knowing of who you are.
• The bridge builder you are integrating the different worlds you live in.
• Insights in who to work and connect with for fulfilment of your mission.
• A connection with many pure, interesting, empowered women!

What you’ll get:

• Confidence in who you are.
• Courage to be and show yourself.
• The awareness to be present by standing your ground.
• A recorded guided meditation for the Sister Circle(s) you joined.
• Access to the English-spoken podcast episode(s) related to the theme of the Sister Circle(s) you joined.

Additional information

- Language: Dutch or English.

- Duration: 2,5 hours.

- Investment: €40,- per Circle. €220 for all Circles.

- Days & time: Sundays 28 September 2025; 5, 12, 19 & 26 October 2025; 2, 9 & 16 November 2025 from 10:00 to 12:30.

- Location: Zaal 100 (Bali Zaal) in Amsterdam.

- Privacy: your information will be used to contact you about and after the Circle, if necessary, and for the invoice for tax purposes. During the Circles, I might record meditations for the Feminine Presence course. This will only contain my voice. Any other voice that might be recorded by accident, will be deleted from the audio file.

- You’ll get a recorded guided meditation for the Sister Circle(s) you joined and access to the podcast episode(s) in English related to the theme of the Circle(s) you joined.

Why now?

Now is the time for women to take the lead together to change to living from connection. This means taking personal leadership, understanding why we are women and what our individual and joint purposes are. Standing in our femininity, understanding what this means, will spiral into the rebirth of a future, where there is a natural balance between feminine and masculine energies, creating unions in different areas of life.
