Sister Circle and Yoga!

We'll start with a "Sister Circle"; a structured conversation intended to allow participants to "dig deeper" and make meaningful connections. After our Circle, Jasmin, the group leader, will guide everyone through a beginner friendly, deep stretch yoga routine.

This event fosters both collective and individual healing. Whether you're looking for connection, sisterhood, or time to go inward and tap into your own intuition, the bi-weekly Sister Circles have the yin and the yang for your healing journey!

This is a "Pay What You Can" event. Please consider a contribution for this two hour event.

In order to ensure participants are like-minded on foundational ideals that will support healing and build connection, participants who believe:

Black Lives Matter

No human is "illegal"

Love is love

Women's rights are human rights

Science is real

Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere...

are encouraged to sign up.
