Come see the gorgeous new studio and try an intro level work out with the founder of Sweat Inspire Sisterhood herself- Erika Hermsen!! You don't need to be a SIS member to attend. All proceeds will benefit Peosta Elementary!! If you are a member, you do have to pay for the work out.
Anyone is welcome ages 8 and up!
Beginner Booty and Abs class 9-9:45 am - a low impact class. $20 per person,
Pay Peosta Elementary Parent Group- PEP Venmo, cash or check.
Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and sweat towel.
Must Sign up to attend! Spots are limited so sign up today!!
Minimum of 10 attendees to have the event.

Then, join us for a vendor show at Sweat Inspire Sisterhood from 10am-noon. Open to the public.
Want to be a vendor? Vendors need to be a women owned business and give 10% of sales back to Peosta Elementary.
