Sis Walks & Talks is a community-centered experience designed for women to connect, reflect, and grow together physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s more than just a walk; it’s a safe space for meaningful conversations, sisterhood, and self-care in nature.

Our next walk will take place at Kelly Drive on Sunday, from 1 PM to 3 PM. This beautiful trail offers a peaceful, scenic setting where we can enjoy nature, move our bodies, and engage in uplifting discussions.
Meet up spot: Lloyd Hall ( free 2 hour parking in the lot) first come first serve
