'Sis, Let It Go!' - Mending Minds, Healing Hearts

The women of Spiritual Girl Inc. are pleased to announce their 3rd Annual 'Sis, Let It Go!' gathering. This event series has been created to offer women a safe space where they can express and overcome personal issues and traumas that have been preventing them from moving on.

This year's 'Let it Go!' theme is 'Mending Minds, Healing Hearts'

We will conclude our ceremony with a 'Let It Go' activity and a balloon release. Each attendee will receive a balloon that will symbolize everything that they will be releasing and we will collectively 'Let It Go!

Spiritual Girl Inc. (SGI) is a non profit, faith-based organization created to inspire women to discover, define, and demonstrate who they have been created to be.
