Sirāt after-party

At the heart of Sirāt is a rave in the Moroccan desert — bodies, sound, and something harder to name.

Filmhouse and TrailerBar, in collaboration with Anticipate Pictures, invite you to carry that spirit into the night — official after-party following the final screening, Saturday, 14 March 2026, at TrailerBar, Filmhouse. Singapore's subplotsystem collective on the decks: CHARMICIDE, S.R.819, and bbybash moving through deconstructed club, synth wave, and acid house.

Taking place in the newly refreshed Filmhouse space, this special evening coincides with the final screening of Sirāt. As the credits fade, the experience unfolds into a night of sound, connection, and celebration.

Beverages will be curated and served by TrailerBar, while Singapore’s own subplotsystem shapes the sonic landscape of the night. On the lineup: S.R.819, CHARMICIDE, and BBYbash

subplotsystems was started around 2019 as an outlet to experiment with electronic music,eventually became more of a collective focusing on bringing in local acts as well as regional and international ones, experimentation of spaces and visual art.

Through sounds of epic collage and deconstructed club, CHARMICIDE threads the boundaries between chaos and purity. 1/2 of subplotsytems, conventional party traditions are confronted through a diy punk ethos.

S.R.819 is a presence that lurks within time and space. Having started the collective he has a captivating ear for contrasting blends ranging from full on hard bass driven beats to synth heavy dark wave, electro, breaks, ethereal and mind bending sounds sprinkled and swarming in there.

bbybash was born in the blurry warmth of afterparties, spinning for close confidants who weren’t ready to go home yet. Rooted in synth wave, acid house and dirty disco, the vibe is steady, hypnotic, and just a little grimy —like glitter that refuses to wash off. Just enough to pull you out of the ordinary, spin you around gently, and place you back into the common world .

A man and his son arrive at a rave lost in the mountains of Morocco. They are looking for Marina, their daughter and sister, who disappeared months ago at another rave. Driven by fate, they decide to follow a group of ravers in search of one last party, in hopes Marina will be there.

Sirāt is screening as part of Filmhouse’s ongoing series Oscar Selects – featuring nominated films just in time for the awards season, including like Marty Supreme, Bugonia, Hamnet and more!
