Sound Immersion: 6 - 7:30 pm
In this workshop we will use breath, movement, meditation and sound to become sensitive to the personal and vast macro electro-magnetic field of Life. These fields are managed by Divine Mind and modified by our thoughts, beliefs and expectations (or the analytical, ego-centric mind). We explore what this means and how to bring it into our conscious experience.
The Sound Session of the evening is a stand-alone experience or can be used to enhance the afternoon workshop. The effect is to recalibrate the body, mind and spirit with gong sounds and music. It will allow your efforts of the day to become consciously incorporated into new perceptual and behavioral patterns. We are looking to keep what is working for us and release the energies which no longer serve us.
