Participant Cancellations:
Participants may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop to receive a refund of the workshop registration fee. Eventbrite ticketing and processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop date are non-refundable.

Host/Venue Cancellations:
While we make every effort to run all workshops as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be notified no later than 2 days before the scheduled workshop. In the event of a host/venue cancellation, participants will receive a refund of the workshop registration fee; however, Eventbrite ticketing and processing fees remain non-refundable.
