You can purchase tickets at the Dillingham Lewis House Museum on most Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM with cash or online at the link listed on this event page.
Join the Blue Springs Historical Society for a fun-filled evening at Sips for the Society, our special fundraising event celebrating history, community, and our 50th anniversary!
This open-house-style event gives you the opportunity to mingle, explore the museum, and so much more!
Each ticket includes:
🍷 Up to 2 glasses of wine
💧 Sparkling water
🥂 Hors d’oeuvres
🍰 Delicious desserts
🏛️ Mini tours throughout the evening
🎁 Online Silent Auction
🎟️ Gift Card Pull
Wine NOT being sold separately
Our online silent auction will feature a variety of wonderful items, including gift baskets generously donated by local businesses, historic items, and more! Never participated in an online silent auction? No problem! Volunteers will be on hand to help you navigate the auction and answer any questions.
🎟️ Try your luck with our Gift Card Pull! You will receive a gift card or certificate worth at least the amount you pay to participate, so you’re guaranteed to get that value back. But there’s a chance to pull a gift card or certificate worth much more than the cost of your pull! It’s a fun way to support the Historical Society while having a chance to take home an even bigger prize.
Throughout the evening, mini tours of the Dillingham-Lewis House Museum will be offered, giving you the chance to learn more about this historic home and the stories that make it such an important part of Blue Springs history.
Weather permitting, we’ll enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces of the museum.
Come sip, snack, socialize, bid, take a tour, and help support the Blue Springs Historical Society as we continue preserving the stories that shaped our community.
