Sip, Stretch and Shuffle - Women, Trans and Non-Binary Folk

Join us for a fun and relaxed morning at Royal Palms Shuffleboard Club Brooklyn on March 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time). This event is all about good vibes, great company, and a mix of shuffleboard, stretching, and social sipping. Whether you’re new or a pro, come hang out with other women, trans, and non-binary folks for a chill, inclusive experience. Don’t miss out!

Our same old Sip and Shuffle but with a new twist: starting the day with Shuffleboard-specific stretches designed to support your game. Join us from 11AM-12PM for an all-levels stretch session. Feel free to bring a yoga mat and come in casual athletic wear, but you can also come as you are. Please sign up for the event if you are coming for the stretch portion so we can gauge how many participants we will have, but drop ins are welcome.

At noon we will transition into the “Sip and Shuffle” part of the event (12-2PM), so stick around to play and socialize, or skip the stretch session and come in later. Hope to see you there, and don’t forget to bring your friends!

Info: Chelsea is entering her 4th season with the Espresso Martini’s in the Royal Palms Brooklyn Shuffleboard League, where her team won the Summer 2025 Best Instagram Award (@espressomartini.eastco).

She focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming yoga practice where students of all levels feel comfortable and supported. Chelsea loves teaching in studios, festivals, waterfronts, and rooftop spaces, blending the calm of yoga with the energy of the environment.

At this practice, Chelsea along side East Coast Yoga Team will lead “Tang Love” a class designed to help players loosen up, focus, and get ready for the game. ‍♀️
