Join us for Sip + Sound Sanctuary: Summer Solstice!A deeply nourishing evening of sound healing and tea sharing—a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll begin with a gentle tea ritual, sipping intentionally and settling into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound healing journey using soothing instruments and frequencies designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite deep relaxation.
This is your invitation to pause before a weekend that can hold many emotions—and to pour some care back into yourself.
Come as you are. Bring a mat, blanket, and anything that helps you feel supported.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, though you may transfer your spot to a friend.
