Sip Society x Dovetail Brewery: Water Works
About this Event
Q: What do beer and coffee have in common, besides being brewed?
A: They're both about 98% water.
In this special three-hour collaborative experience with Sip Society and Dovetail Brewery, you'll discover how the chemistry of water shapes the way we taste both coffee and beer.
Your morning begins at Sip Society, Malt Row's coffee education community, where you'll brew and taste coffee made with different water profiles to experience firsthand how water transforms flavor.
Then, you'll head across the street to Dovetail Brewery for its award-winning brewery tour, where you'll explore how brewers use water to craft world-class lagers -- including a guided water tasting that reveals why the same beer brewed with different water can taste dramatically different.
Each ticket includes admission to Sip Society's hands-on water workshop, Dovetail's brewery tour, three 0.3 L beers, and a welcome pretzel at noon.
To keep the experience interactive and hands-on, attendance is limited to just 10 guests.
