Sip, Serve + Stretch

Slow down and start your Sunday morning the right way at The Serve. Sip, Stretch + Serve is a relaxed, elevated morning experience designed to help you move better, feel better, and enjoy a fun morning on the courts with community, coffee, and pickleball.
We’ll begin with a guided deep stretch and mobility session focused on loosening tight muscles, improving flexibility, and preparing your body for movement on the court. This is not an intense workout or complicated fitness class — it’s intentional movement designed specifically for pickleball players and everyday wellness. All skill levels are welcome.
This class is led by Kim Shaffer, a local Mooresville resident with a background in yoga therapy and a major love for pickleball. Kim brings an approachable, welcoming style focused on helping participants move well, recover better, and feel confident both on and off the court.
After stretch, we’ll transition into social open play pickleball where you can move, play, laugh, and enjoy a laid-back Sunday atmosphere with the community. We’ll wrap up the morning with a well-earned latte and time to relax, connect, and enjoy the café.
