About this Event

$1,200 per person before fees, includes:

• Welcome Reception on Friday, November 20th, 2026
• Daily Breakfast or Brunch at Lazeaway Club restaurant included
• Ehret Wine Dinner on Saturday, November 21st, 2026
• Professional pickleball instruction on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday, March 22nd

Friday

• 4pm - Arrival & check-in at Flamingo
• 5:15pm - meet and greet / welcome reception

Saturday

• 8:00–10:00 AM → Group 1 clinic (16 players, 4 courts)
• 10:15–12:15 PM → Group 2 clinic (16 players, 4 courts)
• 1:00–2:30 PM → Group 2 clinic (16 players, 4 courts)
• 2:30–3:15 PM → Challenge a Pro (Group 2) (16 players, 1 courts)
• 3:30–5:00 PM → Group 1 clinic (16 players, 4 courts)
• 5:00–5:45 PM → Challenge a Pro (Group 1) (16 players, 1 courts)
• Evening → Winemaker dinner at Flamingo

*Open play on other 4 courts for the groups that are not in clinic

Sunday

• 8:00–9:30 AM → All-Group Drill Session (32 players, 8 courts)
• 9:30–12:00 PM → Round robin with pro rotations (32 players, 8 courts)
• 12:00 PM → Closing remarks & check-out

Total: 8.5 hours of on-court instruction with the pros, plus open play, happy hours, dinner and wine tasting (15+ hours of total pickleball play/off court engagement w/the pro’s) capped at 32 participants (2 groups of 16).
