As summer winds down and a new "school year" of professional growth begins, join the Association of Administrative Professionals – Calgary Branch for an evening designed just for you: good food, good company, and a little time to think about where you want to grow next.
We've partnered with local favourite Chef Joey (creole soul, southern hospitality, and zero pretension) for a live, interactive appetizer-making experience right before your eyes. Think bold flavours, big energy, and plenty to talk about while you mingle.
What to expect:
- Live appetizer creation by Chef Joey — watch (and taste!) as he works
- Mocktail bar plus other non-alcoholic refreshments
- Relaxed networking with fellow admin professionals
- Casual conversation and reflection on your professional development goals for the season ahead

I have a passion for food and I'd love to share that with you. I don't take myself too seriously and neither should you. Cooking should be fun — be brave and try something new.
My roots are in creole and southern cooking but I love to cook all types of cusines — big bold flavors, community-style eating, and the kind of meals that bring people together. Whether you're a first-timer or you've been cooking for decades, I promise you'll leave my kitchen with new skills, a full belly, and a great story.
Based in Calgary, I run interactive cooking experiences for everyone — from corporate teams looking to build culture, to families celebrating milestones, to solo foodies who just want to learn something new.
