About this Event

Sip Reset & Become was created for women who are tired of carrying everything while quietly running on empty.

This is not a networking event disguised as wellness. This is not another motivational seminar.

It is an intentional afternoon to slow down, breathe, reconnect, and have honest conversations in a space that does not require perfection or performance.

Hosted by Theresa Wells, Integrative Health & Performance Coach, Speaker, and Author, alongside Sharon Vidano, Certified Dating & Life Transformation Coach and Former Criminal Defense Attorney.

This experience blends meaningful conversation, wellness-centered workshops, reflection, and genuine connection.
