Come for an all levels yoga class with Lanna of Free Bird Mind and Body at the colorful Voodoo Brewery in Viginia Beach.
After your hour yoga class you will then be able to pick a beer on tap, cocktail or a mocktail to enjoy while hangning out with other yogis and friends just like you!

Please bring your yoga mat and water bottle for practice.
