About this Event
Come for an all-levels yoga practice at the colorful VooDoo Brewery in Virginia Beach.
$20 ticket price includes a one hour class taught by Lanna of Free Bird Mind & Body and a cocktail/beer or mocktail of your choice.
Please bring your mat, water bottle and be prepared for sunny weather. Class will be held outdoors unless weather permits, we will move inside.
Class will open with a breathing exercise, seated stretches and progess to a gentle yoga flow and finish with savasana. After class, enjoy your drink and conversation with awesome people just like you!
