About this Event
To get us all in the mood, and to raise money for the Low Cost Therapy project at Severnside, Dr Marta Bolognani will be presenting a live creation of a nativity scene in the traditional Neapolitan style, explaining the history, symbolism and anthropology of this unique devotional art.
The nativity-scene (Presepio) making will be followed by a tasting of traditional Neapolitan Christmas sweets, accompanied by traditional English mulled wine, a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues on an informal and yet informative occasion.
It would be great to see you there. We suggest a variety of entrance fees – low fee of £15, standard fee of £20 and pay-it-forward fee of £30 (or more if you feel like it).
The festivities will run from 2.30 – 4.30 with the demonstration starting at 3pm.
