Meet us in the beautiful, old, high-ceilinged hall at Neighborhood House for a special seasonal edition of Sip City Lo/Fi Yoga with Anna. 100 tiny candles will softly light the room as we flow gently and peacefully through our poses, led by teacher Anna. There will be time for some quiet socializing before class, and afterward, we will head to Liberty Garden, a pretty nearby outdoor beer garden. In case of poor weather, we'll announce here and on instagram the updated post-class venue.
This charming and historical venue is ADA accessible. Anna can offer modifications to the poses if needed - please contact her with any questions.
Tickets are available at the link in this event. Secure credit card payment will reserve your space. Please bring your own mat and water.
