This month, our peach-forward, gin-based cocktail, "Pick Me Peach", connects to a series of artworks on display by Lina Puerta, but especially Peach Crop Workers, which call attention to the labor and the people behind produce production. These brightly colored, sequined, decorative paper-pulp tapestries, draw the viewer’s attention in, while highlighting the hard work that goes into growing and harvesting fruits and vegetables. From the pollinator bees and butterflies, to the workers themselves, this Sip & Tour experience encourages guests to consider all that goes into enjoyment of this cocktail’s ingredients.
