Sip & Sweat: W.E.L.D. x Pure Barre

Join us for a 45 minute Pure Barre class at W.E.L.D. Wine and Beer! Class will be a full body workout, focused on low-impact, but high intensity movements. All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water bottle, and workout buddy! Stick around after class to grab a drink from W.E.L.D., one of Cary's newest bar & bottle shops!

Space is limited, so reserve your free ticket ahead of time. Class will start promptly at 11am, so please begin arriving around 1045 to set up your spot and meet the instructor. We can't wait to see you there!
