Olé Mocktails is proud to present Sip & Sweat!

This collaboration will combine a Booty Burn class led by Courtney James, with a lively community gathering featuring Olé Mocktails.

Booty Burn is a 55-minute group fitness class that will get you moving to the beat of the music. Combining HIIT-style movements like squats, jumping jacks, and burpees with core and glute-focused exercises, it delivers a comprehensive full-body workout. For those seeking an extra challenge, weights and bands are available. Expect improvements in cardio, core strength, balance, and, of course, your booty, while enjoying increased energy levels and endurance. Join Booty Burn for a fun-filled class that fosters a sense of community.

Connect with a like-minded community while getting a great workout in. Top it all off with delicious non-alcoholic Olé Margaritas and Palomas for a super fun night out!

Meet your instructor:

Courtney James is a dynamic fitness instructor specializing in HIIT-focused movements that boost cardio, build strength, tone muscles, and create community. Her classes feature music-synced workouts to keep participants motivated, energized, and focused. She runs the popular "Booty Burn" boot camp at Kits Beach during the spring and summer months and also instructs at Turf on West 4th and Oxygen in Yaletown.
