Expect a a sacred space for women to come together have a drink if wanted, and have a chat. Shit happens but not eveything has answers, sometimes you just need community & a safe space to share. We talk, and we dont judge. We'll also be including some breath work, free movement, journaling, & discussing weekly topics. This weeks theme is RECLAIMING SELF.
