Ekta is the owner of Delta Physical Therapy, a boutique physical therapy practice specializing in pelvic floor health, orthopedic conditions, and wellness. She works one-on-one with women and men navigating concerns such as pelvic pain, bladder and bowel issues, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, painful intercourse, core dysfunction, and orthopedic pain or injuries.

Her approach goes beyond simply treating where symptoms are felt. By looking at how breathing, movement, the pelvic floor, and the rest of the body work together, Ekta combines hands-on manual therapy with movement and exercise to help clients better understand their bodies and return to the activities that matter most to them.
