??♀️If you're in the mood for something a bit more relaxing and reflective, join me for "Sip & Say Om," Friday, April 26th @thehealingenvironment at 7pm. Sometimes we need to take a deep breath. Sometimes we need a glass of wine. Sometimes.... We need BOTH.
?Unwind with a glass of wine, meditation and free flowing conversation. We'll have red and white wines...and maybe even a few bubbles.
??♀️Come comfy & cute to relax with a Riesling, calm down with a Cabernet, and breathe with some bubbly.
