We are thrilled to announce our new Sip & Savor Series with our first event collaborating with Holladay Distillery. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite flavors and expertly paired bourbons.

Event Highlights:

• Amuse Bouche: A delightful start to your evening.
• First Course: Yellowfin tuna tartar, black caviar, seaweed sheet, and wasabi lime aioli.
• Second Course: Bourbon-infused grilled apple, gorgonzola, spicy candied bacon, mixed greens, and apple bourbon vinaigrette.
• Third Course: Beef roulade, apple bourbon demi, roasted garlic mash, grilled asparagus, and bourbon candied carrots.
• Fourth Course: Bourbon custard cake with limoncello sauce.

• Two unique and delicious cocktails.
• Three distinct straight bourbon pours.

Our talented Chef will guide you through each dish, while the Holladay Distillery team will provide fascinating insights into their bourbon-making process and the unique characteristics of each pour.
