Join us during Brick City Weekend for Sip & Savor, hosted by the Saunders College of Business Department of International Hospitality and Service Innovation! This year’s theme—Go RIT, Go Orange, Orange Wines—brings a playful RIT twist to a hands-on, lecture-style tasting experience.
Whether you're a seasoned wine lover or a curious beginner, Sommelier and RIT lecturer Lorraine Hems and RIT alumna and faculty adjunct Julie Purpura will walk you step-by-step through proper wine tasting techniques. You’ll learn how to identify flavor profiles, understand winemaking styles, and dive deep into the fascinating world of orange wines.
Light appetizers will be provided (we will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies), and all participants will receive a complimentary branded glass as a keepsake.
