Looking for something a little different from the usual Friday night dinner?
Join us at Metropolis Ballroom for Sip & Savor, an intimate Italian-inspired evening built around wine, food, conversation and the simple pleasure of slowing down for a night.
Set against a romantic atmosphere of candlelight and light Italian music, Sip & Savor pairs a multi-course dining experience with a guided exploration of wine. Whether it's date night, a girls' night out or an evening with friends, this is a summer night designed to be savored.
Your Evening
Begin with an individual charcuterie presentation featuring Italian meats, cheeses, nuts, olives, crackers, crostini, marinated artichokes, dried fruit and assorted jams.
A refreshing Raspberry Sorbet Intermezzo offers a pause between courses before the evening moves to the flavors of the Italian coast with Frutti di Mare, baby and little neck clams, calamari, mussels, scallops and shrimp served with linguine in a spicy marinara sauce.
Finish the evening with dessert and a sweet wine pairing.
Throughout the experience, our featured wine sommelier will guide you through the wines being served. Sharing tasting techniques, pairing tips and the stories behind what makes each glass unique.
