Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening. Sip and Soul is a heart- centered experience where guests explore their emotions through scent, taste, and creative expression. Attendees begin by interacting with aromatic herbs , intuitively select a tea based on how they feel, and then flow into a guided painting session centered on expressing their emotional landscape!

Info: Guests explore jars and bowls of herbs displayed with short info cards highlighting emotional, physical, and spiritual properties.

Invited to touch, smell, and intuitively select the tea blend that calls to them.

Info: Guests sip their chosen tea blend while journaling or reflecting silently.

Prompt cards spark insight, such as:

“What emotion is most present right now?”

“If I could paint my heart today, what would it look like?”

“What does this tea make me feel or remember?”

Info: Option 1: Paint Your Emotion – Guests choose colors and brush movements to reflect what they feel inside.

Option 2: Energy in Color – Guests paint the aura of a moment, person, or memory connected to their tea/emotion.

Techniques include intentional line-making, exploring acrylics/watercolors, and using color theory to express emotions. Guests may also paint silhouettes of meaningful memories, symbolic shapes, or designs radiating from their aura.
