• We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling (Cancellation Policy supersedes refund policy).
• You must request refunds within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, we will issue a credit instead.
• Check-in begins 15 minutes before the event start time. Give yourself enough time to park so you arrive on time.
• Painting and Vino accepts no responsibility for paint on customer or venue property.
• We do not allow outside food or drink. You can purchase them on site. Your ticket does not include wine.
