1. Payment: All payments made are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend the scheduled event, we offer the option to reschedule for a future date.
2. Availability: Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your session, please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the event. This helps avoid the suspension of your ticket(s).
4. Ticket Validity: Tickets must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. If you need to rearrange your schedule, please contact us to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

How to find us

Our studio is in the same row as Pos Malaysia and 7-11, three houses away in the middle. The exterior looks like a white mansion. Don't worry about parking, we've reserved it for you.
