We are honored to once again present the Sioux Falls Prayer Breakfast on Good Friday, April 7th for the community. This year's event will be held at the BW Ramkota Exhibition Hall where the program will begin at 7 am with doors opening at 6:30 am. As we have done in the past, a light breakfast will be served. This year's message will be shared by Damon West. Damon is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, philanthropist, and college professor. At 20 years old, he was a Division 1 starting quarterback when he suffered a career-ending injury. He turned to hard-core drugs and was introduced to methamphetamines to cope with the disappointments of life - he became instantly hooked. The lives of so many innocent people would forever be changed by the choices he made in order to feed his insatiable meth habit. Damon emerged from over seven years of prison as a changed man. His story of redemption, grit, and determination continues to inspire many people today.
