About this Event
Single-use plastics are a growing problem for the environment, public health, and our political system. Our panel of leading experts (see below) will discuss all aspects of this issue, moderated by Shannon Osaka of the Washington Post.
Following the panel discussion will be a screening of the new documentary film Signle-Use Planet, coming to public television nationwide beinning in April 2025, just in time for Earth Day (check local listings)
The event will begin with a breif reception to weelcome our guests with snacks and refreshments.
