Mossrose:
Mossrose is a singer-songwriter based in Melbourne, born and raised in the coastal city of Chennai, Southern India, making her a first generation immigrant. Growing up as a queer, mixed-caste, neurodivergent individual, her cultural identity has always been rooted in the lack of one - a feeling of existing on the edges, being on the outside looking in - which heavily influences her songwriting. She has been singing since she was five and is trained in Carnatic music. However, in her words, "I am a late bloomer when it comes to songwriting, especially in English, my second language". After spending the last decade, journaling and quietly collecting stories, she has finally found the courage to share them. Musically, she gravitates towards acoustic, lyric-forward songwriting - raw, emotional and unpolished, in the best way. She is inspired by strong female story-tellers like Joni Mitchell, Nina Simone, Lizzy McAlpine, and Gracie Adams, and love songs that feel like diary entries. Her writing and expressions are deeply personal, honest, and vulnerable - but also sometimes witty, tongue-in-cheek, and self-deprecating. She believes that - "The best songs are the ones that convey what you find hard to admit to yourself".
Supafruit:
SUPAFRUIT is the project of singer/song writing duo Jesse Lynch and Cameron Franks. Born and raised in Hobart, Tasmania, the duo forged a strong friendship while living in Melbourne, bonding over their shared love of music and creativity. Their fresh indie pop sound is the result of many combined influences including The Beatles, Tame Impala, Elliott Smith and Arctic Monkeys. SUPAFRUIT are known for their vocal harmonies accompanied by guitar, keyboard, and some seriously sexy tambourine. Their acoustic repertoire ranges from original songs to a variety of well-known covers. The many years of friendship and experience playing together has resulted in a beautiful on-stage chemistry and high energy performance.
Daarsya:
Daarsya is a Malaysian born, and Melbourne based, Pop/soul singer-songwriter who conveys sounds and expressions through a heartfelt blend of soft melodies, delicate strums, soulful vocals, and gentle beats that create an intimate, playful, and emotionally resonant atmosphere.
In this performance, she takes you on a journey through her own evolution - from growing pains to moments of healing.
Each song flows into the next, reflecting her personal story and musical style, with production that mirrors her growth. Her inspirations growing up have included artists like Norah Jones, Sade, Tracy Chapman, and Lauryn Hill - voices that balance intimacy, soul, and storytelling. Drawing from that lineage, her music carries a timeless feel while remaining deeply personal.
It’s an intimate set that lets you step into her world and feel the emotions she’s carried, transformed, and set free.
