This Fall, many new funding sources will be available for energy efficiency and the electrification of gas systems. These funding sources can be combined with existing programs to provide thousands of dollars in incentives for each household to make home energy improvements. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District’s rules require that starting in 2027, only zero NOx (electric) water heaters and starting in 2029, only zero NOx (electric) furnaces can be sold in the Bay Area. Help your customers prepare for these requirements and take advantage of the high incentive offerings today!
