Single-Day Macro-Dose Retreat
Designed by Dr. Fisher | Presented by Bionic Bloom
Join Bionic Bloom for a thoughtfully structured six-hour macro-dose retreat designed to support deep introspection, emotional insight, and personal growth. This immersive experience follows a therapeutic framework developed by Dr. Fisher, founder of Bionic Bloom and a leader in integrative psychedelic therapy.
Drawing on clinical research and Bionic Bloom’s Empowerment-Based Integrated Treatment model, the retreat is intentionally designed to create a safe, supportive environment where participants can explore their inner world with curiosity and care.
Participants will be guided through a carefully curated experience that may include intention setting, mindfulness practices, reflective periods, music-supported journey work, and integrative exercises that help translate insight into meaningful change.
A trained facilitation team will be present throughout the experience to maintain a grounded and supportive atmosphere. Their role is to hold space, offer emotional support when needed, and ensure that participants feel safe throughout the process.
This retreat is ideal for individuals seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional processing, or a renewed sense of direction. Each participant’s experience is unique, and the environment is designed to allow the process to unfold naturally and respectfully.

CURATED EXPERIENCE FACILITATED BY SACRED BLOOM CERTIFIED STAFF
A curated experience is intentionally designed and therapeutically guided from beginning to end.
Sacred Bloom Certified staff are trained to hold a structured container that includes preparation, environment design, emotional support during the journey, and post-experience integration. The experience itself is built around a psychological and somatic framework rather than being an unstructured psychedelic event.
Typical characteristics:
• Intentional preparation process before the session
• Structured set and setting design
• Music and sensory environment curated to support emotional processing
• Staff trained in trauma-informed care and altered-state support
• Active emotional support and grounding techniques if difficult material emerges
• Somatic, reflective, or creative tools available during and after the experience
• Integration practices to translate insight into real-life change
In other words, Sacred Bloom facilitators are not simply watching the experience unfold. They are trained to hold the psychological container, maintain safety, and support the participant’s process while allowing the individual’s internal experience to lead the work.
TRIP SITTER
A trip sitter is primarily there for safety and observation.
Their role is generally passive. They stay present, make sure the participant is physically safe, and offer reassurance if someone becomes anxious or overwhelmed. Trip sitters usually do not guide the psychological process or structure the experience.
Typical characteristics:
• Focus on harm reduction and safety monitoring
• Minimal psychological guidance
• Often untrained or informally trained
• Limited ability to respond to complex emotional material
• No structured therapeutic framework
• No integration protocol built into the experience
Trip sitters function much like a calm presence in the room whose job is simply to make sure nothing goes wrong.
Members of Sacred Bloom Native American Indigenous Church who are approved for psychedelics are the only people who are able to participate in the sessions or ceremonies. We regard the use of sacred medicines with kindness, love, intention, and utmost safety.
The steps to achieve approval are as follows:
1. Schedule an Evaluation by calling or texting 727-490-9911 to schedule an appointment.
2. Complete the evaluation and become approved.
3. Complete the SB NAIC application.
4. Complete the Consent to Receive Sacrament.
5. Complete the liability forms.
6. Join Sacred Bloom.
Once you express interest, we then schedule you for a full medical evaluation. This step allows us to ensure you can safely receive the medication and allows to create a treatment plan specific to you and your needs. We will also offer approval to specific medications that could be utilized in a meaningful way and the modes or session types that can be booked.
The next step is to schedule your intention setting appointment! During this appointment, the options that are available will be offered and discussed. You and your facilitator will discuss a modality that offers the highest possible good outcome.
Finally, you will schedule and prepare for your dosing session(s).
Integration is available following all sessions and is the most critical piece of success. The medication will allow you to establish new neural pathways. But change happens by exercising those pathways. This happens with integration, curiosity, and kindness.
There are several contraindications or reasons why someone may not be suitable candidates for psychedelic therapy. It’s crucial for individuals considering this treatment to undergo a thorough screening process and consultation with qualified healthcare professionals before proceeding. Here are some common contraindications:
Severe Mental Health Conditions: Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe personality disorders may not be suitable candidates for psychedelic therapy. Psychedelics can potentially exacerbate symptoms or trigger psychotic episodes in vulnerable individuals.
History of Psychotic Episodes or Family History of Psychiatric Disorders: Individuals with a personal or family history of psychotic episodes or psychiatric disorders may be at a higher risk of adverse reactions to psychedelics and should proceed with caution.
Cardiovascular or Respiratory Issues: Psychedelic substances can elevate heart rate and blood pressure, which may pose risks for individuals with underlying cardiovascular conditions. Similarly, individuals with respiratory issues may experience complications due to increased respiratory rate.
Pregnancy or Breastfeeding: There is limited research on the effects of psychedelic substances on pregnant or breastfeeding individuals and their unborn or nursing babies. Due to the potential risks, it’s advised to avoid psychedelic therapy during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
Current Substance Use or Addiction Issues: Individuals with a history of substance abuse or addiction may be at risk of experiencing heightened cravings or relapse during or after psychedelic therapy. It’s essential for individuals with substance use disorders to address these issues before considering psychedelic therapy.
Certain Medications: Some medications, particularly antidepressants and other psychiatric medications, can interact with psychedelic substances and may increase the risk of adverse reactions. It’s important for individuals to disclose all medications they are currently taking to their healthcare providers before undergoing psychedelic therapy.
Unstable Medical or Psychological Conditions: Individuals who are currently experiencing unstable medical or psychological conditions may not be suitable candidates for psychedelic therapy. It’s essential to ensure that individuals are in a stable physical and mental state before undergoing treatment.
Lack of Social Support or Integration Resources: Psychedelic experiences can be intense and challenging, and having a supportive environment and access to integration resources is crucial for maximizing the therapeutic benefits and minimizing potential risks. Individuals without adequate social support may not be ideal candidates for psychedelic therapy.
