Singing is a unique and powerful tool for healing.
Not only does it activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce cortisol and stress levels, lower blood pressure, improve digestion and cardio function AND release endorphins and oxytocin...
Singing is also a DYNAMIC, THERAPEUTIC tool that allows our emotions to be processed and to move through us in a different kind of way, a way that thinking or talking about them simply cannot do.
My song circles are an accessible and community-based approach to singing. Together we will share simple chants, rounds and layer songs, getting us out of our heads, into our bodies and into our feelings.

I hope you will bring the wholeness of who you are to this embodied experience of singing with full permission to be in movement, grief, laughter and imperfection.
DONATION - sliding scale $10-$20. No one turned away due to lack of funds. Thank you for supporting what supports you.
