Level I will be a comparison of Bronze Singing Bowls with/ Crystal Bowl Certified Training for meditative uses.
This training also includes the Usui Reiki Review that you asked for.

This training will help you understand playing methods to raise your skillset while learning different meditation techniques. How to properly use the mallets and bowls placements for different room settings. Understanding some different ways sound works, plus what kind of speed, pressure, and rotation to use for different singing bowls. How to deepen a meditative experience and more.
We will be comparing different singing bowls along with the theory behind the uses, and the quality of sound that you want to look for in choosing a singing bowl to work with, or how to build your own harmonic set.
The Field is the invisible force all around us. The field is the source from which everything comes. Learning how to quiet the brain with these meditative uses will be very helpful, as 75% of ailments are created in the brain.
